Some would think training a client with kids around is hard—-not with this momma! We make it a family event! On a side note, congrats on losing 11lbs in the first month by making healthier choices.
The best part about my sister-in-law being a client is that I get to hang out with my niece and nephew while training her. :) #gingerfamily
Abdominal workout with use of the Simple Interval Timer after a 2.5 mile run. Probably my favorite interval timer yet. 12 rounds of :30 seconds with :10 seconds rest. The timer’s sound has good quality and starts making noise at the “3 , 2, 1” mark as well considering that others I have used are much quieter. Definitely could have used more rounds and less rest in between. Good stuff though!
