Just when you thoughts burpees sucked and then came across this modification of the burpee with use of the @TRX Suspension System. Yes, the song was chosen on purpose (“I Hate Everything About You”) and take not at the rear foot not in the hoist —- it floats. Enjoy! :)
What’s other modifications have you done?
On a personal and professional level, I am always striving to be my best. With that being said, if you have ever had an online and / or one-on-one personal trainer, or have even attended group training, what did you like or dislike about your trainer? What did you like or dislike about the structure of the program, the exercises, and so forth?
I also ask this because every client I have who has had a personal trainer, has stated nothing but negative things about a particular trainer and then nothing but good things about another trainer. Most of the negative has been in regard to particular trainers and coaches not being prepared nor exhibiting quality knowledge of movement and exercise patterns.

Was wanting to share with a fellow @FitFluential ‘er my current basement setup. This is what happens when you no longer visit a gym and collect equipment overtime. Treadmill, road bike on trainer, spinner, pull up bar and so forth on other side. One day will upgrade bench setup for bench/squat rack—-efficient setup for now. :) #fitfluential
